Questions
Before you ask us.
What stores ask most when choosing a plan. Anything else? Write to us with the contact form on the home page.
- What counts as a reply?
- One answer the AI sends a shopper, on any channel. Messages your team writes, and the test chats you run while training the agent, don't count.
- What happens if I run out?
- Paid plans keep answering and each extra reply costs $0.10. Through Shopify it's on the same invoice as your plan, up to a monthly limit you approve (five times the plan price, and you can raise it any time); by card there's no limit unless you set one. On Free the AI stops at 50 replies and new chats go to your team until the month resets.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, any time from Settings › Plan. Moving up takes effect straight away and is prorated; the agent and everything you trained stay the same.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Your first paid plan starts with 7 days free: you approve the plan up front (in Shopify, or with a card) and can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. There's also a Free plan with 50 AI replies a month that needs no card.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Switch to Free or cancel from Settings › Plan whenever you like. There's no contract on the monthly plans.
- My store isn't on Shopify. How do I pay?
- Paid plans are billed on your Shopify invoice today. On any other platform, start on the Free plan and contact us to move to a paid plan.
